Hi. In this lesson, we'll talk about Irish Salmon! We're going to look at the way in which mythology, culture and sustainability overlap, by studying this magical fish.
The Salmon of Knowledge is an important story in Irish folklore, it was the conduit of wisdom from the hazel groves of the wise, to Irish hero Finn McCool. Salmon is also important to Irish nature, and industry, and this entry-level class simply explores links between mythology, the environment, and sustainability.
